Multi-resistant coating (MRC) B+W’s multi-resistant coating (MRC) on its XS-Pro digital filters has multiple layers for ultimate protection. Harder than glass, the coating is resistant against scratches which can happen even when you’re simply cleaning the lens. It’s also water and dirt repellent to protect your lens from the outer elements. Brass mount This filter uses XS-Pro digital mount which is especially suited for DSLRs with wide angle and zoom lenses. It has a front thread for additional accessories such as lens caps or hoods. All XS-Pro digital mounts are made of brass and are matte black to prevent reflections. This helps to minimise the vignetting while enhancing durability and jamming prevention.
