The included B-00K ball head is small in size however can handle payloads up to 5kgs. The legs provide great stability and have rubber tips. The feet can also be folded up or down by 180° for use as a handheld tripod. They can then be used as a handle. The legs have two preset positions which allow for a higher or extremely low shooting position.
