Cold shoe attaches magic arm and then attach monitor, so that the cameraman could check the screen during handheld shooting. 1/4’’ threaded holes could attach magic arms and then monitor. 1/4’’ and 3/8’’ threaded holes could attach quick release plate and sit on tripod. The rubber cushions at the bottom are anti-sliding, making Ronin M & Ronin MX Grip / Freefly MoVI Ring stand on the ground firm. Wingnuts or screws could be applied to lock as per your needs.
