It takes care of your back while you ride with a mesh backed, ergonomic seat with lumbar support. Variable Automatic Resistance (VAR) controls the resistance, letting you select from 16 levels of tension, choose from 12 pre-set programs, or customise your own workout.

The stand can also be removed and folded back into the display when not in use.
