Pro-level video features
The Z6’s advanced video features give you the tools to create cinema-ready footage. It supports recording at 4K/30p* or full HD/120p with features such as Active D-Lighting and focus peaking to help control exposure. Nikon’s own 10-bit N-log can also be used with 10- bit HDMI output for maximum dynamic range. Extensive colour depth and 12 stop dynamic range facilitates colour grading while timecode** support enables easier syncing of footage and sound from multiple devices. The control ring built into NIKKOR Z lenses provides smooth and quiet control over key exposure settings.

Built-in vibration reduction & silent shutter
In-camera, 5-axis vibration reduction (VR) counteracts camera shake by an incredible five stops for stabilised photography and video. The FTZ mount adapter enables this feature with all NIKKOR F lenses, whether they’re equipped with or without VR. Silent image capture eliminates shutter release movement and noise for even greater stability.
