Dirt and water resistant For ultimate lens protection, this B+W XS-Pro Digital 007 Clear filter MRC nano 67mm is all you need on your lens to stop dirt, dust and splashes getting in. Resistant to water with a hydrophobic layer, splashes roll off easily. This XS-Pro filter is made up of eight multi-resistant coating (MRC) layers that is harder than glass. Multi-resistant coating Not only is this filter resistant to scratches, dirt and water, but the multi-resistant coating (MRC) in the B+W XS-Pro clear filter also has anti-reflection power. This helps to stop vignetting even in wide angled shooting. Internal ghosting is also minimised to give your images clarity and vivid colour reproduction. Brass mount This filter uses XS-Pro’s digital mount which is especially suited for DSLRs with wide angle and zoom lenses. The front thread attaches additional accessories such as lens caps or hoods. All XS-Pro digital mounts are made of brass and are matte black to prevent reflections. This helps to minimise vignetting while enhancing durability and stops jamming. Constructed from Schott glass Made from German Schott glass, this lens has optical clarity for enhanced colour reproduction. Schott’s advanced optical filter glass is world-class, with the ability to selectively absorb certain wavelengths. This results in image replication that has clarity and undistorted colour. Nano coating The multi-layered MRC coating is further layered with a nano coating for ultimate protection against the elements. With a male fitting on one side and a female fitting on the other, it’s really easy to lock other filters in place.
